Scam Shield is the trust layer that helps the deal close
Buyers who will not prepaid a stranger will complete a deal when the listing carries a verification bar. Scam Shield is that bar: dealer identity and license checks, a 5-tier condition grade, photos of the actual unit before it ships, and the right to refuse delivery if the container does not match. Broadcast the delivery instead of playing phone tag
When an order is ready to move, schedule it on the calendar and broadcast the haul to your private carrier roster or the Prime delivery partner network. Carriers accept from the offer; you track the delivery without leaving the platform. Manual assign remains as a fallback if a broadcast is declined.

What happens after my 90-day free trial?
You keep full Pro access for 90 days with no credit card. When the trial ends you can subscribe to Growth or Pro to keep the paid tools, or stay on the Free plan — your listings and leads stay put either way. We'll show a countdown in your dashboard so there are no surprises.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The trial is genuinely no-card — you only add payment if you choose to subscribe to a paid plan.
What does the Free plan include?
List up to 5 active containers, appear in the marketplace, and receive buyer leads with contact info. The Free plan carries a $49 verified-buyer fee per completed sale (it covers Scam Shield buyer verification). The CRM, analytics, bulk import, and pricing tools are part of Growth and Pro.
How do payments work — does Prime take a cut of my sale?
No. Most container sales settle directly between you and the buyer (commonly pay-on-delivery). Prime does not insert itself into the payment or mark up your price. Paid plans are a flat monthly subscription; the Free plan has the per-sale verified-buyer fee described above. Prime does not take a percentage of the sale.
Is Prime Network a wholesale portal like Conex or xChange?
No. Those platforms are dealer-to-dealer trade desks. Prime Network lists your inventory in front of end buyers on Prime Marketplace, turns inquiries into a Lead → Quoted → Ordered → Delivered CRM, and broadcasts delivery to carriers. If you need a yard-to-yard wholesale desk, that is a different product.
How do I get shipping container leads?
Buyers find your listings on Prime Marketplace and submit the Contact Dealer form. That inquiry creates a Lead with their contact info. Growth and Pro include the CRM to move that lead through Quoted, Ordered, and Delivered; Free still receives the lead and contact info.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime, from your billing settings. Upgrade to unlock more tools or downgrade if your needs change.
