Prime Container Network LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”) operates Prime Marketplace and Prime Network (collectively, the “Platform”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information.

  • Account information: name, email address, phone number, business name.
  • Transaction data: delivery addresses, order details, payment method identifiers (processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers).
  • Dealer profile data: business location, inventory listings, delivery rates.
  • Communications: messages sent through the Platform, support requests, dispute submissions.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: pages viewed, features used, search queries, referral sources.
  • Device data: browser type, operating system, IP address, approximate location (city-level from IP).
  • Cookies and similar technologies: session identifiers, authentication tokens, analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Facilitate container purchases, deliveries, and warranty services.
  • Process payments and manage dealer subscriptions.
  • Communicate order status, shipping updates, and account notifications.
  • Provide customer support and resolve disputes.
  • Improve the Platform through analytics and usage patterns.
  • Prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, and comply with legal obligations.
  • Send marketing communications (with your consent; you may opt out at any time).

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as described below:

  • Transaction parties: When you place an order, necessary contact and delivery information is shared with the selling dealer and delivery partner to fulfill the transaction.
  • Service providers: We use third-party services for payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), error monitoring (Sentry), hosting (Vercel), and database (Supabase). These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or government request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Transaction records are retained for a minimum of seven years for tax and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us (see Section 9). Certain data may be retained in anonymized form for analytics purposes.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), row-level security on database records, secure authentication via Supabase Auth, and PCI-compliant payment processing through Stripe. While we take reasonable precautions, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics tools to understand Platform usage. You may configure your browser to refuse cookies, though some features may not function properly. We do not respond to Do Not Track browser signals at this time.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your personal data.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
  • Receive your data in a portable format.
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time via your account settings or the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

8. California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information.
